Victoria is the Western Region Practice Leader for Healthcare. She directs healthcare business operations, strategic planning, business development, and team resources across the firm’s five California offices to achieve year-over-year revenue growth and position HGA as the region’s premier healthcare design firm.
She has more than 20 years of leadership experience, with extensive knowledge of the healthcare market. She combines her planning and design experience with valuable insider perspective of the client, having previously served in executive positions on the healthcare provider side.
She has a Bachelor or Architecture from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. She is a licensed California architect and LEED AP certified. Additionally, she is a member of the California Department of Health Care Access and Information.
