Terra Cotta Repair and Restoration

HGA has carried out over 18 task orders in multiple Minnesota and Wisconsin locations from 2010 to date.

The task orders have ranged from small to large projects, including façade condition assessments; preservation planning, forensic investigation, Building Design Standards; various Tenant Improvements, and roof replacement. The task orders reflect architecture, historic preservation, interior design, mechanical, electrical, civil and structure engineering disciplines.

The current project involves comprehensive terra cotta repair/replacement, backup brick reconstruction, general repointing, structural support stabilization, and copper roof replacement with improved detailing to improve water management.
