Team-Focused Space

Over the past 25 years, the Ramsey County Manager’s office has expanded from serving a 24-person staff with individual and traditional work styles to serving a variety of departments, county staff and citizens in a collaborative and team-focused manner.

Located in the Ramsey County Court House / Saint Paul City Hall, the building, and Manager’s Office, last went through a major renovation in the early 1990s. With the relocation of an adjacent suite in 2017, the Manager’s Office had the opportunity to expand its footprint, update furniture and fixtures, and create a modern and efficient workplace for county manager staff. The project includes HGA’s full design services along with mechanical and electrical engineering. Construction took place while addressing security concerns in an occupied and active court area.
