Centrally located along the front door to South San Francisco’s flourishing biotechnology community, the 750 Gateway Boulevard facility is SmartLabs’ second development on the West Coast. The HGA team collaborated with SmartLabs stakeholders on incorporating innovative features into the design for the fit-out and building infrastructure improvements.

Developed to meet FDA requirements for clinical trials, 750 Gateway’s space features multi-product, multi-modality bioproduction space to develop cell and gene therapies. From secure off-street loading in the basement to seven contiguous levels above grade, 750 Gateway offers 28 state-of-the-art bioproduction manufacturing suites in ISO 5 cleanroom environments.
