A Long-Standing Relationship

Working with Hudson Pacific Properties, HGA directed tenant improvements for the company’s 2nd-floor, 12,000 SF workspace for their San Jose Airport portfolio, which include a variety of workspaces, three conference rooms, IT Closet, and support spaces. Following the company’s existing design criteria—including the Hudson blue backwall—HGA retained a clean aesthetic with wood floors, exposed concrete ceilings, neutral white-and-metallic tones that contrast with the signature blue backwall, open workstations, glass-front private offices, and expansive glass walls that visually open the conference rooms to rest of the office.
