Krista Biason and Terri Zborowsky will be presenting at the American Society for Health Care Engineering’s 2023 International Summit & Exhibition on Health Facility Planning, Design & Construction (ASHE PCD).
The program focus is to shed light on the decision-making process necessary for receptacles located in inpatient areas, and to create a conversation regarding the basis of design to operationalize your hospital. The presenters for this session are design researcher Terri Zborowsky, one of the founding members of the FGI Guidelines Douglas Erickson, and Krista Biason, an electrical engineer specializing in healthcare design. Each presenter approaches the decision-making process for electrical receptacle design from a different vantage point, which helps balance the approach from purely programmatic to a holistic design.
