The Debate of Value of Design in a Lean World

Sharpening the Axe – Taking the Time to Train for Project Success
This presentation is a case study of the Advocate Aurora Fond du Lac Hospital expansion project that demonstrated how proactive lean training instilled a culture of trust, empowered a team to challenge, innovate and pivot, and elevated communication and accountability for a superior IPD experience.
