HGA is pleased to announce that Mark Spencer has been appointed Minneapolis Office Director. He will manage daily operational and administrative functions for the 270-person office in downtown Minneapolis.
“Over the past several years, our Minneapolis headquarters office has reimagined a new way of working in a hybrid environment to strengthen our collective talents at HGA,” Spencer said. “I look forward to supporting the advancement of our workplace model and the talented team who brings it to life as we continue to build a firm-wide culture focused on equity, collaboration, and shared values.”
Spencer also will continue in his Business Development role for the Public | Corporate Group in Minneapolis, directing new business opportunities with leading clients in the corporate and government sectors throughout the Upper Midwest. He has held this position since joining HGA in 2019.
Spencer has more than 20 years of business development, marketing, and sales experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in art history from Northwestern University and serves on several non-profit boards.
