HGA has been named a Best Place to Work in Sacramento in the Sacramento Business Journal 2021 Best Places to Work awards program.
HGA was among 60 local companies acknowledged for creating a positive workplace environment that encourages professional growth.
“With the challenges impacting the workplace over the past year, maintaining a strong culture and sense of professional value among team members has been more important than ever,” said Beth Young, AIA, EDAC, DBIA, Vice President and Sacramento Office Director. “We are especially proud to accept this award in recognition of efforts to make HGA an employer-of-choice. Co-sponsored by the Sacramento Business Journal and Quantum Workplace of Omaha, the awards program surveyed large-to-small businesses throughout Sacramento, asking staff a series of questions measuring employee engagement.
Responses among HGA team members included, “I have freedom to pursue and perfect my career desires and strengths. All management has been encouraging in my success and have worked to get me opportunities for success.”
Another praised the “opportunities to be curious, find insight and innovate, propelling great clients to greater performance.”
