Alissa Kingsley collaborates with HGA’s Sustainability Director and internal network to support strategic plan advancing sustainability across 11 offices. Among her initiatives, she leads process improvements to capture sustainability metrics and project stories, implement tools and resources to deepen firmwide expertise, and increase education and staff training opportunities, while working with design teams to set and achieve sustainability goals that align with clients’ values and HGA’s commitments to Designing a Sustainable Future.
