Nick Steele Joins HGA as Project Manager

HGA is pleased to welcome Nick Steele, NCIDQ, as a Project Manager and Senior Associate in the San Jose office. He will focus on managing commercial interior projects for the Science & Technology, Workplace, and Healthcare practice groups.

Steele has more than 25 years’ experience specializing in commercial interior design, planning, project management, construction management, and tenant occupancy across market sectors.

He currently is leading several tenant improvements for Stanford Research Institute International and Pestana Properties.

Before joining HGA, he held leadership positions at several Bay area design firms, where he directed workplace projects for such clients as Apple, Nokia, Sony Interactive, iTrade Network, and ADP. He also led multiple healthcare projects for Stanford Health Care, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center Hospital and Clinics, and Washington Hospital Healthcare System.

He is an adjunct faculty member in Interior Design at Ohlone College in Fremont, California, and West Valley College in Saratoga, California.

Steele has a Master of Arts in Industrial Arts from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from San Jose State University. He has additional academic background in accounting and business.
