Sitting right on King Street, The Grace by Sonder studio apartments are at the center of all the history and entertainment spread throughout Old Town Alexandria. Sonder operates the apartments as rental units for travelers and short-term stays.

We provided architecture services for the renovation of the 9,700 SF building renovating it from commercial office space into spacious, bright studio apartment spaces. The four-story building consists of retail on the first floor and three floors for the studios.

Each studio consists of a bedroom space, kitchenette, bathroom, and a sitting area focused on style and comfort for travelers.
