
We are pleased to announce that Meredith Hayes Gordon, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to Arts, Community, and Higher Education (ACE) Practice Group Leader in Minneapolis.
She will work with Market Sector Leaders, principals, and design teams to direct a marketing strategy that aligns with the national sectors in arts, community, and higher education.
“Meredith brings a wealth of diverse project experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a focus on design excellence to her new role,” said Sarah Berseth, PE, Vice President and Minneapolis Office Director. “She is committed to peer mentorship and shared values to help grow the practice group and shape the office culture, now and in the future. We are excited to have her in this role.”
Meredith has more than 15 years architecture and design experience focusing on higher education, corporate, and healthcare. Her work includes academic buildings, research labs, arts and performance facilities, healthcare facilities, and workplaces. She has partnered with leading clients nationally, including the University of Minnesota, Texas A&M University, University of Kentucky, University of Arkansas, and Dropbox.
She has a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Minnesota. She is recipient of the national AIA Young Architects Award in 2020.
Meredith joined HGA in 2015.
