Relocating While Maintaining Workplace Culture

We worked with the San Andreas Regional Center to relocate their office after over twenty years at their previous location. Originally setting out to find a 50,000 square foot office, we were quickly able to identify that area would not be sufficient for the company’s needs and that the site selection search needed to be modified.

The existing office was segmented into different areas of the building separated by atrium spaces with living plants. We realized this aspect of the building contributed to the company culture which was met in their new space by outdoor patios located centrally and in the corners of the floor, natural materials, and preserved moss signage in the interior of the building that does not receive natural sunlight.
