Flexible Space For New Generation Of Employees
Jones Day, an international law firm, opened its first office in Minneapolis in 2016 in temporary space, to serve both existing and new Minnesota-based clients. Jones Day selected HGA to design their new offices on the 49th and 48th floors of the Wells Fargo Center building in downtown Minneapolis, and they moved into their new offices in March of 2017.
The goal of the project was to leverage Jones Day’s global workplace standards, while making the office feel distinctly Minnesotan. The branding showcased Jones Day vast global reach, while being sensitive to the Minnesota local community. The welcoming lobby and client facing conference center is designed to be technology rich and flexible to support a variety of meeting types. The employee breakroom is directly adjacent to the public spaces and has the dual purpose of providing a break out space for clients, employees and guests alike.
