Café and Collaboration

Referral Exchange is a San Francisco based tech company designed to connect real estate agents with clients all through a virtual and technology lens. HGA was brought on board to transform the amenity spaces located within their traditional office suite.

The client wanted to create a central hub that would be a selling point for talent recruitment and retention, innovation, collaboration, and wellness for all employees. We provided a redesign of their entry, lounge, and café to create a large zone for eating, collaboration, and respite. The new design exposed the existing structure and removed enclosed conference rooms to create an oasis inside the ordinary office suite flooding with natural daylight throughout.

Amenities such as kombucha on tap, espresso and healthy grab-n-go snacks invite employees into the space. The variety of zones, including private seating, collaborative soft lounge areas, and café style tables accommodate all types of personal styles and preferences for short breaks or extended remote work modes.
