HGA, in collaboration with PURE Architecture, created a Master Plan for a 1,000-acre integrated senior community located in China.

Consisting of independent and continuing care senior living towers, the campus includes a 1,000-bed hospital, a 538,000 SF health and wellness center, varied types of residential housing, K-12 schools, a conference resort hotel and mixed-use development.

The sprawling campus includes more than 300 acres of zoned agricultural use land on which we created an organic farm, forest park, herbal garden and flower field, and lakes, all of which enhance the integrated community experience and quality of life for residents.
