Clovis Community Medical Center, Bed Tower and Expansion
Keeping Up with Community Demand
The project encompasses construction of a five-story Bed Tower, a Women’s Pavilion Birthing Center, parking structure, and several expansions and renovations around the existing hospital to accommodate growth of various departments.
The 138,000 SF Bed Tower is adjacent to the existing hospital entry and houses 144 private beds. The hospital expansions are ongoing and will occur to the north, east, and south. The northern expansion includes a one-story addition for dining room, materials management, and loading dock. The eastern courtyard will be in-filled with a one story Emergency Department and covered ambulance loading area. Inpatient imaging will expand to the east. The surgery suite and sterile processing will be located on the second floor above imaging and the emergency department.
