HGA is pleased to announce that Jennifer Haferbecker, CPSM, Vice President, has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer.
She will direct marketing research and support strategies to achieve the firm’s vision for success in the markets we serve and foster a culture of business development, in collaboration with firm leadership.
She most recently served as Director of Marketing since 2016.
“Jennifer has been instrumental in supporting HGA’s growth over the past several years, aligning our marketing efforts to be competitive and expand our presence in all the markets we serve,” said Tim Carl, FAIA, Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of HGA. “Her new role as CMO enables us to more nimbly identify opportunities that build our national visibility.”
Haferbecker has more than 20 years of marketing experience. Her expertise includes market research, strategic planning, revenue forecasting, customer-relations management, business development, and brand management.

As part of a firm-wide strategy to promote its marketing expertise, HGA also has promoted Sarah Beach, Associate Vice President, to national Director of Marketing.
