Classroom and Recital Hall

Davis, California

Overview

Adjacent to the existing Music Building built in 1966, the new Music Classroom and Recital Hall accommodates small to medium-sized instrumental and choral performances for the school's expanding performance curriculum, in addition to its traditional strengths in music theory, history and composition. The building is prominently located along Hutchison Drive, designed to increase visibility for the arts on campus. The program includes classrooms, rehearsal rooms, offices and state-of-the-art acoustics that support faculty and student instruction and arts research.
