Overview

Part of a planned two-phase project, this office incorporates sustainable-design features into an architectural compatible building that enhances the corporate campus.

The first phase includes a 10-story, 350,000-square-foot office building and a 1,800-stall parking garage. The building is made of precast concrete and curtain wall with stone accents. The first level consists of a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, convenience store and conference center. The second phase will include a second office building, an additional ramp, and two more levels onto the existing ramp.
