The 305,000-square-foot first phase includes a central hospital flanked by an 84-bed patient-care unit, and a six-story medical office building. The 83,000-square-foot expansion includes a four-story Bed Tower with 88 beds that allows St. Luke's to continue providing high-quality healthcare services.
