This healthcare campus is the result of a partnership between the University of Minnesota, University of Minnesota Physicians and Fairview Health Services to bring leading-edge academic- and community-based healthcare to this fast-growing Twin Cities suburb.

The three-story, 138,605-square-foot Ambulatory Care Center includes primary and specialty care for children and adults; diagnostic services; outpatient surgical procedures; cancer services; and community-based urgent-care services.

The modern brick-and-concrete building features two rectangular volumes flanking a central spine. Hospitality-inspired interior finishes include natural stone, warm woods and porcelain tiles. Etched-glass panels depicting nature motifs, blue mosaic flooring with aquatic imagery, and punchy blue and yellow colors highlight the pediatrics units.
