Steve Rabatin Joins HGA as Project Manager

HGA is please to welcome Steve Rabatin, NCARB, LEED AP, as Associate Vice President and Project Manager in the Rochester, Minnesota, office. He will manage integrated team processes and client relations for the firm’s diverse project work in healthcare, public/corporate, and higher education markets.

Rabatin has more than 15 years of experience in the architecture and construction industry. His expertise includes project design, interior design, restoration, project management, construction management, and marketing.

Before joining HGA, he held leadership roles with several national architecture and design-build firms in Rochester, Boston, and Michigan.

Throughout his architectural career, he has led multiple complex projects for leading clients, including prominent Rochester-area healthcare providers, Olmsted County, and various departments within the City of Rochester.

“HGA has a strong reputation for supporting a creative, collaborative culture across its national offices,” Rabatin said. “I look forward to joining the Rochester team and contributing to the firm’s successful client work in growing markets.”

Rabatin has a Master of Architecture from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Marquette University in Milwaukee.

His community involvement includes committee and volunteer work with the Rochester Downtown Alliance, U.S. Green Building Council-Minnesota Chapter, and Hope Lodge (The American Cancer Society).
