Frank is one of the premier healthcare designers in the country. His experience includes campus master planning and design for a range of project types and scales. His award-winning work includes the Mayo Clinics in Jacksonville, Florida and Scottsdale, Arizona; and St. Luke's Hospital The Woodlands, near Houston, Texas. His work follows a design ethic based on functionality, tectonic discipline, and aesthetic durability.
