With extensive experience leading Lean planning engagements at all scales, regionally and nationally, Andrew combines open-minded curiosity with a rigorous attention to detail. Beginning with pre-design and continuing through project completion, he works with clients and the design team to ensure that all healthcare programming and planning solutions drive quality into the project.
Andrew has spoken about Lean process and planning at the Catalysis Lean Healthcare Transformation Summit in the US and at the Lean Led Hospital Design Seminar for the Lean Association of Finland.
