HGA Promotes Six Staff Members to Associate Vice President

HGA Architects and Engineers (HGA) has promoted six professional staff members to Associate Vice President across its offices. The promotions recognize the contributions each has made to HGA's growth as a leading national design firm.

Minneapolis Office

Sean Cotton, PE, is a structural engineer with experience on corporate, government and healthcare work. He has a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from University of Minnesota. Sean joined HGA in 2001.

Leighton Deer, PE, HBDP, LEED AP, is a mechanical engineer specializing in energy modeling, advanced mechanical systems, and sustainable design. He has a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University. Leighton joined HGA in 2002.

Paula Storsteen, IIDA, LEED AP ID+C, is a senior interior designer with extensive experience in corporate interiors. She has a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Paula joined HGA in 2007.

Joe Tarlizzo, LEED AP+BDC, CPC, has more than 14 years' experience specializing in cost estimating and sustainable design. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from North Dakota State University. Joe joined HGA in 1999.

Joe B. Wetternach, PE, LEED AP, is an electrical engineer. He has a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Joe joined HGA in 2010.

Milwaukee Office

Randy Beckwith, AIA, LEED AP, is a project architect with experience in healthcare design. He has a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Studies from the University of Illinois. Randy joined HGA in 2001.
